  The irrigation "kit" I ordered was missing the timer and valves. They shipped them two weeks later and charged my card after I bought locally and asked them please do not ship. Was told it is impossible to stop a shipment when it is back ordered and that they cannot take them back. After waiting on hold for twenty minutes while everyone asked their manager if it is ok to do the right thing they reluctantly agreed. Also missing fittings and had to stop the job in progress to go buy them. It's a call center not an irrigation supply store. I will shop locally and support the irrigation supply store near my house from now on.
